# Changing my user profile name on the ACCESS Support Portal

I just tried changing my user profile name on the [ACCESS Support Portal](https://support.access-ci.org) but it didn’t change. How do I change it?

This is a known issue as of Sept 1, 2022. The ACCESS universe is comprised of 4 portals that are linked together via a universal navigation system. To change your ACCESS profile name, it must be changed in the centralized ACCESS Identity management system. Instructions are [here](https://identity.access-ci.org/profile-update).
