hey @rajiv it looks like there is an issue with the “Apply to participate” link _and_ the “be a mentor” links:

I might have encoded the link to both of the forms incorrectly, it seems like copy/paste of the URL doesn’t really work.

However, the website does work and the forms are active on the website, if you go to [https://covid19challenge.mit.edu](https://covid19challenge.mit.edu) .
