The general topic of trust levels is discussed [here](https://rcsuperstars.cyberinfrastructure.org/t/making-it-easy-for-new-users-to-contribute/144?u=christophernhill). This topic is specifically related to trust level needed to be able to create Topics (which are questions). At present a new user cannot create a Topic I believe? That means they can’t ask questions. This seems odd for a Q and A forum. ---

I feel like allowing anyone to post a question would make sense and am planning to make that change to see how it goes. Please speak up if you see a problem. ---

Agree 100%. Also, I think that perhaps we could test making the site public. I found the switch, ready to pull it?
