Installing brain imaging preprocessing softwares on Europa

On Yile’s post (linked below) I gave some info on FSL, git, miniconda, and gfortran.

Hey Yile, gfortran is part of the default compiler stack for Europa. For the rest of the packages, we will get to them in the next week or so. @solj will be working on the module / from source compilations and I’m going to work on the containerization.
