Sorry for the slow turn around. We have had lots of staff turnover recently and are currently trying to hire replacements. I’ll be monitoring ask.ci for the time being.
Are you trying to log in via SSH or via Open OnDemand? On Europa, SSH logins are only permitted via SSH keys. There are no password logins allowed. If you misplaced your SSH key, you can email me your SSH public key (csim@mit.edu) and I’ll update it on Europa.
If you are logging in via Open OnDemand (https://ood.trecis.cloud), that authentication happens via GitHub and the GitHub user account you provided at account creation time.
