A user at my site wishes to use Globus to moves files to/from his PSC-Bridges2 account. However he is having problems using GLobus to access the Bridges endpoint “PSC Bridges2 with CILogin authentication”. They login with their ACCESS-CI creds, but the endpoint never shows a directory and seems to get caught up in an endless loop of ‘extend activation’ and ‘Your credentials do not provide sufficient access to this endpoint.’
They checked the Bridges2 documentation and it mentioned they should send their globus ePPN to help@psc, but they can’t locate their ePPN based on the instructions supplied. I’ve not encountered this before, so I’m hoping someone more fluent in how PSC handles this on Bridges2 can educate me so I can eduate my user.
