How do I see how much space is left in my personal storage?

I’m not sure how much space is left in my personal or project storage quota. How can I find this information without using du, which takes too long?

For personal storage, use quota-report in a Cheaha terminal. This is also displayed on logging in to a Cheaha terminal.

For project storage, use proj-quota-report <project> in a Cheaha terminal, where <project> is the name of your project space directory.
