In order for an outside collaborator to gain access to UIC computing resources they would first need to obtain a valid UIC NetID. I do see that you have listed a illinois.edu NetID however the Active Directory systems between campus are not shared and this user does not exist in the UIC system. Information about setting up an affiliate account can be found in the following knowledge base article.
Once a NetID has been obtained they would need to apply for an account just like any other user on Extreme. The account request would need to be approved by your PI.
