What are some open source tools (preferably CLI) that you use for security assessment, pentesting or reconnaissance?

I will start: Nmap, Nikto, Dirb, WhatWeb.

I like sqlmap for sql injection testing and Wireshark for packet analysis, though it is not a CLI tool
