I am writing to inquire about the possibility of conducting a user experience survey among the HPC users about their experience with HPC. The survey would be designed to respect the privacy and time of the participants, focusing only on their experiences and difficulties encountered while using the HPC system for their domain-specific scientific research.

I would greatly appreciate if you could provide guidance on the feasibility and any potential procedures or considerations required for conducting such a survey.
