In Maryland we plan to submit an NSF Strategy grant to determine what level of researcher support is need to enable researchers at smaller campuses and HBCUs to make use of HPC. We are seeing that the cyberinfrastructure is available in our state and elsewhere, but the human sys admin and data scientist support is not readily available. We are looking for someone to complete a 12 campus needs assessment. Any possible candidates?
